Project Recovery: When a project has gone off the rails, it often takes a fresh, skilled approach to get it back under control.  We provide the skilled specialist project manager able to understand what has gone wrong and put it right.  Once the project is back under control, we can either manage it through to completion, or hand it back to an internal project manager.

Project Health Check and Reviews: Whenever possible, it is better to catch a project before it goes off the rails. We provide external project health checks and reviews, not to audit the project management process, but to gauge the risk status of the project and provide remedial action options.
