back under control, we can either manage it through to
completion, or hand it back to an internal project

Project Health Check and
Reviews:
Whenever possible, it is better to catch a project before it
goes off the rails. We provide external
project health checks and reviews, not to audit the project
management process, but to gauge the risk status of the project and
provide remedial action
