Implementation - Once the roadmap is agreed, we can action the recovery. A reality is that often actions are painful and will require senior management and stakeholder commitment to succeed.

Control - Keeping a project under control is akin to prevention rather than cure.  We establish mechanisms for capturing key indicators and measures that can be used to track progress, quickly highlight issues and take corrective action before things get out of hand.
