We try to make it as easy as possible to engage services from Project Advantage:
we want to help, not to make your life more difficult.

Project Advantage will prepare a
proposal for the services required,
including costs and timescales.

For engagements less than $5,000, e-mail acceptance of proposal will suffice for us to proceed with service delivery. For engagements greater than $5,000 we will prepare a contract for service (unless you want to use your own standard contract, in which case we will provide input to you).

...Contract Project Management

Nigel will assess the most suitable Project Advantage project manager for the work and arrange for you to meet him/her to discuss their abilities and the detail of the project.

If both you and our project manager are happy to proceed, then we will produce a contract for service (unless you want to use your own standard contract, in which case we will provide input to you).

� Work will commence once agreement has been reached and contracts signed (if
necessary).

Project Advantage Guarantee

We are so confident in our Project Managers that if you are not satisfied with their performance within the first two weeks of placement, we will cancel the contract and will not invoice you for the time worked. In addition, we will endeavour to provide an alternative resource to deliver the project for you.
