Project Advantage was incorporated in June 2006. All three
Directors began work, contracting to various Christchurch industry
organisations, from September of the same year. PAL established a number
of key clients during the first year which provided a platform from
which to develop a reputable and reliable brand.
Fulton
Hogan, one of our long-term relationships, and HumanWare saw PAL
successfully manage a number of business critical projects on their
behalf.
During this foundational period PAL ventured into
initiatives for Meridian Energy, established a meaningful and
significant association. PAL found that there is a direct correlation
between the objectives of our core business and the visions of our
clients. PAL understands that it has favoured programmes that influence
or offer a positive contribution, direct or indirect, towards community
or social responsibility.
This later evolved as PAL was
contracted to the Christchurch City Council, the Canterbury Development
Corporation and the Canterbury District Health Board. A consistent
theme has grown over the short time that PAL has been operating
throughout New Zealand; PAL enjoys working with public and private
organisations that see the bigger picture.
PAL encourages pro-active positioning on some of today’s
tough topics and has energetically sought to be involved in New
Zealand’s research and development towards various sustainable
initiatives; like Wind-farming programmes, Green Energy schemes,
community safety programmes, health maturity and civil defence
planning.
PAL is sensitive to the plight of private
business and sees worthwhile benefits in supporting New Zealand business
growth and the settling of those enterprises that support New Zealand
business. PAL has been fortunate to be assigned to companies like Allied
Telesis and General Cable, organisations that invest in local
initiatives and local jobs.
PAL
continues to develop it’s own charter and story in Aotearoa's landscape,
helping to foster and cultivate towards a strong New Zealand
community.
