We can supply experienced NPD project managers to work with your own internal project teams, providing effective leadership by managers who have �been there before and know how to avoid the pitfalls�. Alternatively we can take your design concept and, using our extensive contractor list, manage your product through development and into manufacture.

Requirements Capture - We have the knowledge and ability to help clients specify requirements in a fashion that enable contractors to design their products. By clearly defining responsibilities and interfaces, we ensure that all aspects of development and manufacturing transfer are addressed.

Development - We manage the contract effort to ensure that activities happen at the right time to minimise the development duration. We arrange for the manufacture of prototypes, where required, and for product testing and certification. Our clients are kept informed on progress and are actively involved in risk identification and management.

Manufacture - By ensuring that all necessary information is prepared, we enable a smooth transition into manufacture, either locally or offshore. We interface with the manufacturers to ensure all procurement, testing, production and dispatch requirements are addressed.
