Advantage provides project management training focussed on
meeting the needs of both established and aspiring project
managers.
Our foundational course, Principals of Project
Management (PPM), is designed perfectly for the more formal
but practical lessons in hands-on project management. Over the
two day course, students will learn fundemental, core
structure of how to define, develop and control a project.
This course is especially useful for those requiring knowledge
and skills to put into immediate practice, whether as a
project manager or a senior team member. |

Our specialist short courses
are designed for project managers with some experience
who need to increase their skills in specific areas. These
courses are divided into 2 parts: the morning session provides
the training, while the afternoon is devoted to case study and
discussion to help embed the new knowledge. We do provide the
option of attending only the morning session for those who
need the training, but are unable to commit a whole
day.
Tailored
training can be delivered at your site on a date that suits
you, or alternatively your staff can attend our scheduled
training courses as detailed below.
